All repair work is performed by KMB Auto Repair on a best effort basis using quality parts and accepted industry practices. Written estimates are provided before any non emergency work begins. Final invoices may vary slightly based on parts availability and unforeseen conditions discovered during repair, and any meaningful change will be approved by you in advance.

Appointments requested through this site are not confirmed until a team member contacts you. Please arrive on time. We reserve the right to reschedule if shop capacity is exceeded.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards and cash. Vehicles not picked up within 30 days of completion may incur reasonable storage fees as permitted by Texas law.

Most parts and labor are covered by a limited warranty. Specific warranty terms vary by service and will be noted on your invoice. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect or modification.

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, our liability for any claim arising out of services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
